Description :
Skills can be added to a user through its own profile.
As a manager, you will have the ability to suggest a skill level to team members.
By following this path : My team > 'click on the employe' > 'open the skill', you're going to rate the employee level suggestion.
The level will be appearing next to the employee skill level. The level will not be updated, it is only a suggestion. The employee has then the ability to review its own level regarding the suggestion of his manager.
As an employee, you can access your profile through : Engagement > Competencies
You have then the ability to add a skill to your profile, rate your level of mastery and your motivation. Level and motivation are rated on a 4 or 5 stars/hearts scale, depending on the settings of the platform.
