Context :
HRBP are in charge of maintaining the skills repository. This entails defining each year, for each job, which skills will disappear (removed from the repository because they are not aligned with the strategy) and those that will emerge, requiring employees to be trained on them.
An emerging skill i refers to a competency or ability that is becoming increasingly important or relevant within a particular field or role. These skills often arise due to technological advancements, changes in industry trends, or shifts in organizational priorities. Identifying emerging skills helps organizations stay competitive by ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary capabilities to adapt to evolving demands and excel in their roles.

Emerging skills are calculated by a prompt taht has been definedand sento to an open AI in order to retrieve emerging skills suggestions for each job description.

The suggestion is composed by :
- the emerging skill title
- an explanation of the reason why this skill is considered as emerging for the job
There 2 options :
1. The administrator is not interested by the suggestion, the skill can be deleted and will not be suggested anymore for this job description.
2. The administrator wants to add the skill to the job description
The following fields (title, description, type) are suggested and cab be edited.
A skill level a dn a skill code will be required to add the skill.
The skill will then be appearing in the skills lit sof the job descriptioln with 'the emerging skill' symbol and will also be part of the repository.
The skill will be automatically added to the profile of employees holding the job and the skill will be locked.
