As a manager, you can create objectives for your team directly on the platform by following these steps:
1. Access the Goals Section
Log in to your account and select "My Team"
Navigate to the "objectives" tab in the "Modules" menu
Select the relevant team member
Click on "Create an objectives" (+)
2. Define Goal Details
objectives Title: Write a clear and precise title.
Description: Explain the goal, expectations, and its impact.
Success Criteria: Specify how goal achievement will be measured.
Set a deadline and intermediate milestones if needed.
3. Validate and Track the Goal
Click "Create" to finalize the objective.
Monitor progress through the "objectivesTracking" tab.
