If an employee or manager is having trouble signing a review, here are the points to check:

  1. Ensure All Sections Are Completed
Make sure all mandatory sections have been filled out. A missing field may prevent signing.

  2. Confirm That All Sections Are Shared
For the review to be signed, all sections must be visible to the manager. Check that the "Share All" option has been enabled.

  3. Check the Signing Order and Roles
The employee must sign first before the manager can proceed.
If the review requires validation from a higher level (e.g., HR or management), ensure this step has been completed.

  4. Look for Error Messages
A red message or alert may indicate the reason for the blockage. Check if there is a specific notification that needs to be addressed.

  5. Verify Permissions and Access
Ensure that the user has the necessary rights to sign the review.
As HR, you can check the settings to see if any restrictions are preventing the signature.
